Colectiile Resort sunt cu un pas inainte, surprind vacanta inainte ca noi sa ne gandim la ea! Le urmaresc pe fiecare si asta pentru ca pastreaza din ADN-ul brand-ului, fiind un mix relaxat intre cele doua sezoane. Iar aceste piese incep sa functioneze din ce in ce mai bine deoarece avem nevoie de o garderoba trans-sezonala.

Printre prezentarile favorite, Tibi, un label nascut la Hong Kong, insa relocat la New York.
Pornind de la o pasiune mare pentru printuri, Amy Smilovic, fondatoarea lui, a calatorit in insula Java din Indonezia pentru a lucra cu producatori locali de textile in scopul obtinerii unor imprimeuri vii, unice. Designer-ul a gasit in lux un refugiu pentru lejeritate si asta se vede in fiecare show. So...

Patch and knit

"The initial starting point came from old black and white photographs of tattooed tribes from the 30s. I was drawn to the harsh, graphic lines against the softness of the skin. With inlay and knitweave techniques both on the dubied and the domestic knitting machine I was able to illuminate the tension of hard versus soft, altering the surface and weight of the knitted fabric. The nature of the fabric allowed me to create structured, boxy silhouettes. To contrast, working with viscose tape created a soft, slinky snake-like quality to the pieces." Rachel Chan, 26, UK, Womenswear Knit
